Where do you ship from?
All orders are shipped from Hong Kong.

Can I change or cancel my order?
Since we process orders quickly, requests for changes or cancellations must be made within 12 hours of placing the order. Requests made after this period will be denied. However, once you receive your order, you can return it for a full refund.

What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards (VISA, Mastercard, AMEX) as well as PayPal.

When will my order be processed?
Orders are processed and shipped from our warehouse Monday to Friday. Please allow 1-3 business days for processing. Orders are shipped the day after processing. No shipping occurs on weekends or holidays, and processing times may be longer during peak seasons.

How long does shipping take?
Due to high demand, delivery usually takes 2-4 weeks.

What if I don’t receive my order?
If your order does not arrive within 30 days of shipping, you are eligible for a full refund.

Do I have to pay customs fees and taxes?
The prices displayed on our website are in USD and do not include taxes. Depending on your local customs office, you may be required to pay import taxes, duties, and fees upon receiving your order.
